5. Booking, Pickup & Delivery

5.1 Shipment Booking

When you book a shipment, you must provide:

  • Accurate address (pickup & delivery)

  • Valid contact details

  • Correct package weight & size

  • Proper packaging

5.2 Delays

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Courier partner

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs checks

  • Remote-area restrictions

  • Operational issues

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5.3 Right to Inspect

We and our courier partners reserve the right to:

  • Open and inspect shipments,

  • Validate weight, size, and contents,

  • Restrict or refuse transit of unsafe items.


6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • All prices displayed are estimates until shipment is verified.

  • Final charges may differ based on actual weight, dimensions, destination, or courier rules.

  • Taxes (GST or otherwise) may apply as per law.

  • Payments must be made before shipment processing unless a credit arrangement exists.

Non-payment may result in shipment withholding or cancellation.


7. Weight, Dimension & Discrepancy Policy

If actual shipment weight/size differs from the declared value:

  • Additional charges will apply.

  • Shipments may be held until charges are cleared.

  • Incorrect declarations may result in penalties or service suspension.


8. Loss, Damage, & Liability

8.1 Limited Liability

Asia Parcel Service Private Limited acts as a logistics platform integrating multiple courier partners.
We are not the direct carrier.

Liability for loss/damage lies with the courier partner as per their terms.

8.2 Maximum Compensation

Compensation (if any) will be:

  • Based on courier partner’s policy

  • Provided only if claim conditions are met

  • Limited to declared/insured value

  • Not applicable for improper packaging

8.3 Non-Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Wrong address/insufficient details

  • Delays due to natural calamities

  • Damage due to improper packaging

  • Forbidden or illegal contents

  • Acts of customs or government authorities

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Lost profits or business loss


9. Tracking

Tracking information is provided based on data from courier partners.
We do not guarantee real-time accuracy, as status updates depend on partner systems.


10. Cancellations & Refunds

A booking can be cancelled only before pickup.
Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Status of the shipment

  • Courier partner policies

  • Payment gateway rules

Once picked up or dispatched, a shipment cannot be cancelled.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–14 working days.


11. User Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account:

  • Keep your login details confidential.

  • You are responsible for all actions under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Misuse, fraud, or false information

  • Violation of Terms

  • Illegal shipment activity


12. Intellectual Property
